With our Guide will take you on an in depth Tour of the Island where you will learn the history of the Island, hear stories of the people who lived, worked and died on the Island,.

Have you heard the story of the Gunner who was based on the Island and sold his wife!!!

You will be introduced to our Wildlife, Flora and Fauna and we will tell you about our plans to preserve the Island for future generations.

FERRY FARES TO BE PAID TO PLYMOUTH BOAT TRIPS IN ADVANCE. YOU’LL RECEIVE A LINK TO ARRANGE YOUR RETURN FERRY ONCE YOU’VE PURCHASED YOUR DRAKES ISLAND TICKET

Please ensure that the ferry is booked in the same name as the tour to avoid confusion

Ferry prices are £7.50 for Adults & £3.50 for Children

Please note: Our individual tours need a minimum of 7 bookings to be able to viably go ahead. If a specific tour does not reach the necessary number of bookings, it will be cancelled on the day prior to the event and all persons will be notified.  Bookings can either be rescheduled for another date or can be refunded, our team will help with this process.

We are sorry to say that physical disability access onto the Island is not available at this time.

Please make sure you wear sensible walking / wellington boots. Flip flops, ballerina/pump type shoes are not recommended due to the terrain of the island.

Also Important:

Follow all instructions given by the tour staff.

Stay on the routes and areas indicated by barriers and signs.

Follow social distancing of 1m outside and 2m inside the tunnel complex

Do not touch, climb, sit or lean against the historic buildings, walls, guns and other structures.

Do not take anything from the Island as a souvenir.

Do not feed or leave food for the wildlife, it affects their diet and causes them harm.

Take your rubbish with you.
